We are so glad you're here with us.  Wondering what the next step is?  Here is a quick guide to help direct you.

Household Profiles for our Church Office & Leadership Team

Salvation

You realize that the gift of salvation and the forgiveness of your sins is what you have been missing. You accept what Jesus, the Son of God, did on the cross, sacrificing himself, taking our punishment so that we can be reunited to God the Father in heaven. Accepting salvation, repenting (turning away from) your sins and following him.

Water Baptism

Water baptism is a public demonstration that you are a follower of Christ and His teaching.  Jesus commanded this for all who become disciples: “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” (Matthew 28:19)

(Romans 6:4) We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.

According to God’s Word, the first important step after we put faith in Christ is water baptism. (Acts 2:41). Click the button below if you want to be baptized or if you would like to discuss water baptism further with Pastor David.

Baptism in the Holy Spirit

All of the apostles in the Bible were Spirit-filled and this gift is for all believers still today. John the Baptist said in Matthew 3:11 "I baptize your with water for repentance. But after me comes one who is more powerful than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire."

Acts is an incredible reading of the coming of the Holy Spirit.  Acts 2 is where the Holy Spirit was poured out in the entire house and all of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues (languages) as the Spirit gave them utterance. Then the multitude of outsiders were bewildered because they could hear them speaking in their native language - Peter speaks to the multitude with a new boldness from the Holy Spirit and the people's hearts were moved and they asked "What must we do?" And about 3,000 received/accepted Peter's word and were baptized.
Here's another reading to let you know there's more...
In the book of Acts, many times Paul encountered a group of believers and would ask them,
"Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?"
"No," they replied, "we haven't even heard that there is a Holy Spirit."
"Then what baptism did you experience?" he asked.
And they replied, "The baptism of John." (which is water baptism)
Paul said, "John's baptism called for repentance from sin. But John himself told the people to believe in the one who would come later, meaning Jesus."
As soon as they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. Then when Paul laid his hands on them, and they spoke in other tongues (languages) and prophesied. There were twelve men in all. (Acts 19:1-7)

Serve Teams

One way of getting connected is through participating in our different services/events.  Another important way is through serving
Our CORE VALUES are
REACH   |   CONNECT   |   LOVE   |   SERVE   |   GIVE

We REACH by connecting, we CONNECT by loving, we LOVE by serving, we SERVE by GIVING.
There are many ways to serve here. As a church family, we should work as a team to build this kingdom so that the weight is not solely on a select few. That's when burnout happens. We strive to build teams serving in rotations. So we encourage you to get involved in serving! We have some options for you in the areas of:
  • Nursery Team
  • Kids Ministry Team (helpers, Sunday School teachers, Wednesday Night teacher/helper, Kids Check-in)
  • Preschool (Sunday main service, Wednesday service)
  • Media, Sound, Live-Stream
  • Guests Serve Team (greeting, showing guests around, visiting [home, hospital, nursing home], follow ups)
  • Lawn Care / Maintenance / Clean Up / Organization
  • Security Team
